Terms and Conditions of the packages of sessions
1. Parties included in the agreement:
1.a Client: the natural person who subscribes to a session package is hereinafter referred to as the Client.
1.b Trainer: the natural person who attends and acts as an instructor in the sessions covered by the purchased package is hereinafter referred to as the Trainer.
1.c Fitlifemalta reserves the right to give the power of attorney to other subjects who can act with the same value as the Trainer. These subjects attend and are clearly identifiable at the sessions covered by the package.
2.a Subscription card:
By “subscription card” we mean the paper support provided for the subscription of the package.
2.b The Subscription Card will be provided in presence on a date agreed with the Trainer and exclusively in the location where the session takes place, even in the case of online payment.
3. Types of subscriptions:
3.a Diamond: Package that includes 20 sessions with a validity of 42 days. The subscription fee for the Diamond package is €120.
3.b Ruby: Package that includes 20 sessions with a validity of 168 days. The subscription fee for the Ruby package is €140.
3.c Emerald: Package that includes 10 sessions with a validity of 42 days. The fee for subscribing to the Emerald package is €70.
4. Period of validity:
4.a The subscription includes a package of sessions of the number corresponding to the type of package selected (see point 3) which can be used no later than the relative number of days starting from the date of first use.
4.b The date of first use is shown on the subscription card under the heading “started”.
4.c Unused sessions at the end of the validity period cannot be refunded.
5. Validation method of purchased sessions:
5.a Once the payment has been made, the subscription card relating to the chosen package is provided
5.b As soon as the customer reaches the location of the training session at the time established as scheduled, he shows the subscription card to the trainer on site to validate the session.
5.c The client undertakes to give the trainer the subscription card for validation at each session in which he participates.
5.d In case of forgetting to give the subscription card to the trainer during a session, the trainer or whoever represents FItlifemalta is justified in affixing the flag for validation at a later date for the unvalidated session.
5.e At the end of the sessions to be validated on the subscription card, the package is to be considered used and consequently, if the customer wishes to continue with the sessions, he is required to purchase a new one or opt for other options to purchase the desired sessions.
6. Payment Methods:
6.a The payment methods available may be subject to change. To find out the updated payment methods, contact the Trainer or contact the administration at info@fitlifemalta.com.
7. Refund Policy:
7.a The Customer acknowledges that the provision of the service, or participation in the desired courses, is subject to factors such as the availability of the space (maximum room capacity where the service is provided which may vary based on spaces or directives of the lessor or governmental), availability of the Trainer, governmental directives and/or factors beyond the control of Fitlifemalta.
7.b In the event of default, if this condition is attributable to Fitlifemalta or to the personnel designated by it, Fitlifemalta is required to reimburse the sum received from the Customer corresponding to the value of the unused sessions.
7.c Fitlifemalta is not required to provide refunds except in case of default on its part.
7.d The scheduling of classes may vary numerous times and this factor is not to be considered a default by Fitlifemalta unless more than 50% of the total number of sessions present at the time of subscription to the package are canceled from the scheduling.
8. Collection, management and storage of data:
8.a Fitlifemalta collects only the data pertinent to the subscription and the provision of services. The data collected will not be provided to third parties except for the exclusive purpose of providing the requested service should this be necessary.

9.a Any complaints or requests regarding the provision of the service or pertaining to the information contained on this page must be sent to info@fitlifemalta.com.
